Don’t Read My Book, Unless…

Breath-Taking Revelations

You should not read my new book, “Inhale Your Reality: How to Manifest Desires Without Holding Your Breath for Results.” I really mean it. Stop reading this article right now and go back to watching cat videos or whatever else normal people do with their time.

Are you still there? Okay. But don’t say I didn’t tell you.

The problem with diving into esoteric knowledge is that it’s like trying to clean up a teenager’s room. What starts as a simple task of picking up dirty socks quickly turns into finding old homework, strange things that might have been food, and deep questions about the nature of chaos itself. You sit cross-legged on the floor, thinking about the metaphysical meaning of a half-eaten sandwich. Before you know it, six hours have passed.

That’s pretty much what happened to me, but instead of a sandwich, it was my own mind.

Obsession: Not Just a Cologne

You could say that I have an obsessive personality, but that’s like saying the Pacific Ocean is “somewhat wet.” Anything that interests me becomes the center of my universe, whether it’s mastering a video game, being the perfect husband, or figuring out the mysteries of reality itself.

This tendency to focus on one thing all the time is why I had to stop playing video games after I got married. Not only did I play them, but I also took them apart atom by atom until I knew every pixel, every line of code, and every possible strategy. At the same time, my poor wife would be trying to tell me about her day while I mumbled “uh-huh” and tried to beat the last boss of “Legend of Zelda 14 : Revenge of the Forgotten Spatula” or something like that.

I took the same obsessive approach to learning about strange things. What started as a casual interest in meditation quickly turned into a full study of Hermetic principles, quantum consciousness, and the very nature of reality. Every new thing led to ten more questions, and every answer led to a hundred more mysteries.

Down the Rabbit Hole (Bring Snacks)

No matter where you start with esoteric knowledge – Neville Goddard’s imagination techniques, Monroe’s out-of-body explorations, Dispenza’s neuroplasticity work, or ancient Hermetic texts – they all lead to the same basic truth: “I am more than my physical body.”

This short sentence, which became famous through the Monroe Institute’s Gateway program, has the power to completely change how you think about life. It’s like being told all your life that you’re driving a tricycle only to find out that you’ve been in charge of an interdimensional spaceship the whole time. And yes, that button you’ve been afraid to push really does change reality.

Most books about consciousness, manifestation, and meditation try to cover a lot of ground at once. They’re like those all-you-can-eat buffets where you get a plate with sushi, spaghetti, fried chicken, and chocolate pudding on it. They cover a lot of ground, but they don’t go into much detail about any one thing. They often don’t explain anything well when they try to explain everything.

Just Breathe (No, Actually)

This is exactly the gap that my new book tries to fill. “Inhale Your Reality” is all about one important part of consciousness work that most teachers talk about but few go into detail about: the breath.

You don’t just breathe to stay alive (though that’s a very good reason to keep doing it). It connects conscious and unconscious processes and lets you control your body voluntarily or involuntarily. It’s like having a secret password that lets you into your own operating system.

When Neville Goddard talks about getting into the state like sleep, when Monroe talks about the hypnagogic state before an OBE, and when Dispenza talks about reaching coherence, they are all talking about states that can be reached by breathing in a certain way. The breath is the universal key that unlocks these experiences, but most teachings only mention it briefly.

My book goes into detail about why conscious breathing works from both a physical and a spiritual point of view. It’s not just about feeling good, though that’s a nice bonus. It’s about knowing how carbon dioxide levels affect consciousness, how oxygen saturation affects brain function, and how breathing patterns can change how you see the world.

Coming Attractions (Popcorn Not Included)

Inhale Your Reality” is only the first step down this rabbit hole. In December, I’ll be publishing a book about intuition, that strange sense of knowing that comes from the quantum field of all possibilities and doesn’t go through rational thought. Down the rabbit-hole of the term “gut-feeling”. After that, a straightforward guide to meditation that doesn’t require you to give up all your worldly possessions and move to a cave in the Himalayas.

Books in the future will deal with healing, relationships, money, and yes, bending reality. Each one obsessively focused on a single aspect of consciousness work, because sometimes what you need isn’t another overview but a microscopic examination of the specific lock that’s keeping your door shut.

And for those who like conspiracies and secret knowledge, I’ll eventually talk about the government’s research into these areas, including the declassified 1980s discovery that more than just suggests we’re living in a simulation. That specific piece of news didn’t get much attention, probably because “Government Confirms Matrix-Like Reality” doesn’t get as many clicks as “Ten Celebrity Pets Who Look Like Their Owners.”

The Fine Print (Read Carefully)

So here’s my serious warning: don’t read my book unless you’re ready for things to change.

This isn’t just some self-help junk or spiritual bypassing. This is useful information about how consciousness interacts with the real world. Once you realize that your breath can change your brainwaves, that your brainwaves can change how you see things, and that your perception actually shapes your experience of reality, you can’t go back to being the person you were before.

It’s like finding out that you’ve been driving with the parking brake on your whole life. Once someone shows you how to let go of it, you’ll never drive the same way again. You won’t believe how normal you thought it was to fight and resist.

This book has useful tips. Not in a vague “you’ll feel better about your problems” way, but in a clear “you’ll know how to change your relationship with reality itself” way. And that’s not something to take lightly.

So please don’t read this book or any other book I write unless you’re ready to go down a rabbit hole that will change the course of your life. If you’re happy with how you see the world, how much control you have over your experience, and how you think things are, then go ahead and keep scrolling for those cat videos.

They are a lot safer.

But if you’re still reading this, I think you’re already halfway down the rabbit hole. So, I’ll see you on the other side, where the air is clearer, reality is more flexible, and breathing is not just a way to stay alive, but a way to create.

Just remember: I warned you.
